Need some guidance on how to maintain that gorgeous beach body you’ve worked so hard for?  some helpful tips for your summer cravings.
    1.Bananas- Natural antacid, soothes heart burn, and magnesium, a muscle-tension fighter that helps you relax.

    2.Onions- Helps fight insomnia because of a natural sedative quercetin and helps kill cold and flu virus’s.

    3.Yogurt- Containing pro-biotic that helps with your immune system. (We recommend Chobani.)

    4.Grape Fruit Juice- Contains pro-biotic for immune system health.

    5.Ginger- Relieves nausea and migraine headaches.

    6.Spinach- Makes you feel happy because of folic acid.

    7.Apples- Makes you feel full for a long period of time and keeps you energized through out the day. (Get organic to avoid pesticide residues.)
